The following is a list of the positions I’ve held that relate to Pastor Staff Report: 

Church Planting Pastor of the Evanston Bible Fellowship (1987-2000) Led a group of 12 to become a church over 300. I managed 3 staff members.

Church Planting Pastor of The Living Hope Church  (2001-2006) Led a group of 30 to become a church over 100. I managed 1 staff person.

Youth Group Pastor of Christ Community Church (2015-2017) Led a small youth group.

Co-owner with my wife of a Great Harvest Bread Company Store. (2007-2013) I managed 6-10 employees.

Manager of Rent to Own Depot (2014-2018) I managed 3 employees.

I came up with the idea for Pastor Staff Report when I serving as a youth pastor. I knew my supervising pastor had no idea what I was doing and I didn’t like that. Looking back, I wish all of my staff members had used PSR. I wish all of my elders had gotten my PSRs.  

I am now semi-retired and looking for ways to contribute to the church while spending a lot of time at home.
